刘金养

中国科学技术大学理学博士,讲师,硕士生导师。近年来一直从事二维纳米结构的设计、制备、结构表征和性能调控的研究,在化学气相沉积法制备特殊石墨烯结构、石墨烯/半导体纳米颗粒复合结构的光电探测以及石墨烯的表面增强拉曼光谱、原子层螺旋型硒化锡纳米片等方面取得了一系列研究进展,先后在Nanoscle (SCI一区,影响因子:7.76), Crystal Growth& Design (SCI一区,影响因子:4.415), The Journal of Physical ChemistryC, Nanoscale Research Letters, Solar Energy, Journal of Alloy andCompound等国内外学术期刊上发表SCI论文18篇(影响因子大于210篇),其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI一区论文2篇,二区论文6篇,单篇最高引用达30次;申请发表专利4项(第一发明人),其中2项已经获得授权。

 

研究方向:

1新型石墨烯纳米结构的设计、制备、结构表征及性能研究;

2类石墨烯二维材料新型纳米结构的可控生长、器件构筑与应用(锂离子电池、光电探测器等);

3新型太阳能电池设计、制备及光电性能研究。
