   淡江大学物理系,博士生导师,物理系主任。英国爱丁堡大学物理学博士。主要从事功能材料、纳米材料x-光散射、中子散射研究。

 

报告摘要:
     Functional Materials play an ever-increasing role in our modern society. They form the basis for a wide range of technologies, such as computation, communication, transportation, storage and displaying of information. In order to make the best applications of the functional materials, it is essential to comprehend the mechanism behind the functionalities. For the most known functional materials, the occurrence of the unusual physical properties is always accompanied with the formation of electronic modulations or phase transition. Among the probes used for studying the electronic phase transitions, both of x-rays and neutrons have many merits over others. In this talk, I will present our recent results from two functional materials of SrFeO3- and YBaCuFeO5 using x-ray and neutron scattering.
