刘金养(1984-),理学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。近年来一直从事二维纳米晶体材料的设计、生长、表征、性能调控及其在光电探测方面的应用。在化学气相沉积法生长石墨烯纳米结构、新型二维纳米晶体材料及其光电探测器应用等研究开发上取得了一系列研究成果和重要进展,先后在Nature Communication, ACS Applied Materials &Interfaces, Nanoscle, Carbon, Crystal Growth & Design, Journal of Physical Chemistry C等国内外学术期刊上发表SCI论文近30篇,被Nature Communication,ACS nano,Nanoscale等引用超过300余次,单篇最高引用达48次;此外,以第一发明人申请发明专利8项,其中3项已获得授权。
