巫晓敏(1993-),副教授,硕士生导师,福建省高层次人才C类),宝琛计划青年英才。近年来一直从事场效应晶体管与忆阻器的基础研究及其在探测、存储与人工神经网络的应用研究,取得了一系列创新性的成果。累计已发表SCI论文30余篇,第一/通讯作者论文包括国际顶级期刊:Nature Communications(IF=17)Advanced Functional Materials(IF=19)Nano Energy(IF=19)等。主持国家自然科学基金1项,省自然科学基金1项;申请国家发明专利5项,已授权1项。
